At our headquarters in Waregem, under the responsibility of the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be the first point of contact for end users in our various branches.
As a Service Desk Support Engineer (M/F), this will be your mission:
You listen to the end user and get to the heart of the matter as quickly as possible with targeted questions. If possible, you solve problems yourself in a timely manner or you consult your colleagues from the 2nd line.
You provide high-quality and customer-friendly support to our end users.
You are responsible for user management: processing service, change and order requests.
You have knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Citrix, PowerShell, Win10, SCCM, TCP/IP, etc.
You maintain our central ICT knowledge base.
You stay up-to-date and are in weekly contact with our international parent company for this purpose.
You carry out administrative tasks to keep our systems up-to-date.
You are prepared to work in a permanency system with rotating shifts.
You have a bachelor's degree with IT affinity or equivalent through experience.
You are fluent in Dutch, English and can pronounce in French.
You are enthusiastic, communicative and customer-oriented.
You are a strong team player who always strives to deliver quality.
You understand the needs of your colleagues and show a real sense of service.
Permanent job with open-ended contract.
